Ordering:

The items we offer are only available in limited quantities. Inquiries are handled in the order in which we receive them. A contract will not be made until we have given confirmation.

 

Collection:

Please make an appointment for collection with us beforehand. Then you can avoid long waiting times or even postponements.

Shipments are loaded exclusively on suitable and approved vehicles which we can load with fork lift or crane, depending on the place of storage. Please also remember the material necessary to secure the freight, such as tension belts, etc.

 

Delivery:

Delivery is possible on agreement.

 

Payment:

Companies (following appraisal of creditworthiness): net payment within 30 days.

Otherwise we request payment at the time of collection or pre-payment by means of bank transfer.

Please note when planning your appointment that the appraisal of creditworthiness may in some cases take several days.

 

What are seconds?

These are basically goods with slight, usually visual, defects. Thus goods whose colour deviates only slightly from the norm will already be devalued. Often, goods from surplus production, items that were cancelled or produced in the wrong colours or lengths are devalued by the manufacturers. Remaining quantities can also be used. These sheets are likewise traded as seconds.

Seconds can be inspected and are considered to have been delivered according to conditions when they leave their place of storage. No warranty is granted.
